In one of the more surprising (or least depending on who you are) announcements coming from D23 Expo 2019this morning, as part of the multi-year transformation of Epcot, there will be the addition of a Mary Poppins dark ride in the UK pavilion of World Showcase!
What’s Happening:
- World Showcase at Epcot will welcome the first attraction inspired by Mary Poppins in Cherry Tree Lane, which will join the United Kingdom pavilion as an entirely new neighborhood!
- Guests will step in time down Cherry Tree Lane past Admiral Boom’s house, then enter Number 17, home of the Banks family, where their adventure will begin.
- World Showcase will continue to be a celebration of culture, cuisine, architecture and traditions – infused with new magic.
