The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences today announced that 20 films are in the running in the Visual Effects category for the 92nd Academy Awards. Of the 20 films, 12 were either produced by a division of The Walt Disney Company or had visual effects done by Disney’s ILM. Below is a list of the 20 contenders with the Disney-related films in bold.
