ABC has found a new star. Eleanor Fanyinka has reportedly been tapped to star in the network’s drama pilot Epic, according to Deadline.
- Fanyinka is the first actor cast in the new series and is set to plat The Seer, “a mysterious and playful figure who can lead you down the path of true love.”
- The actor has previously appeared in BBC’s Holby City, Shakespeare and Hathaway and Death In Paradise; ITV’s Endeavour and Midsomer Murders; and Channel’ 4’s Pure.
- She will also appear in Netflix’s upcoming series Sandman.

- Brigitte Hales has been a writer and executive story editor for ABC’s Once Upon a Time. She is currently writing for Disney+’s Disenchanted, the sequel to the Disney film Enchanted.
- Epic is also being worked on by Once Upon a Time creators and executive producers Eddy Kitsis and Adam Horowitz.
- Hales, Horowitz and Kitsis will all also serve as executive producers.
