runDisney's New Virtual Series Themed to "The Lion King" Begins April 8

runDisney has announced a new Virtual Series themed to The Lion King.

What’s Happening:

runDisney announced their new Virtual Series themed to The Lion King showing off some incredible looking medals for participants this year.
With the Virtual Series, you get to decide when and where to run. The registration includes a themed bib you can download and print out and an at-home kit that includes a start line, finish line, and mile markers.
There will be three 5K runs and a Virtual Series challenge. Each medal for the 5K runs celebrates a different version of The Lion King from the animated classic to the live-action retelling and even the Broadway performance.
Registration can be done here starting on Thursday, April 8 at 10:00 am ET. Each race costs $40.00 and the Virtual Challenge which includes all three races and the special challenge medal costs $145.00.
Virtual Races begin April 8 through August 31, 2021.
