Every year, theme park enthusiasts who enjoy the spooky seasonal events of the fall get excited at what this year has in store. As we inch closer to the late summer and autumn months, Busch Gardens Tampa is starting to tease what the park has planned for this year’s Howl-O-Scream which will run from September 10 through October 31.
What’s Happening:
- Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is starting to tease information for this year’s Halloween event, Howl-O-Scream at the park which will run from September 10 through October 31. Tickets are available now.
- The park has promised that Tampa’s premier Halloween event will return earlier than ever this year for 28 different event nights with scare zones and haunted houses, including two brand new haunted house experiences.
- Park guests will find nowhere to hide as zombies, deranged clowns, werewolves and new surprises stalk their prey throughout eight scare zones, and unpredictable roaming hordes lurk in the darkness. Beyond the haunts, killer entertainment can be found on stage with “Fiends!” returning to the Festival Field and last year’s best-kept-secret “The Rolling Bones” performing electrifying rock covers at Dragon Fire Grill.
- Busch Gardens has also revealed that two all-new haunted house experiences will debut at this year’s event, and three fan-favorite houses will come back from the dead, allowing even the most experienced Howl-O-Scream fans to encounter unexpected fears and frights throughout the night. Specifics regarding the themes of the new houses or which houses will be returning have yet to be announced.
- The scares are everywhere as new terrors lurk in every corner of the park, in eight frightful zones so guests will experience screams & scares at any moment. Plus, with roaming hordes and a new unmarked zone, frights await at every twist and turn.
- Select park attractions will also be available during Howl-O-Scream, so guests can take a trip on their favorite rides in the dark, experiencing the thrill of Falcon’s Fury, Sheikra, Cheetah Hunt, and Tigris in new ways.
- While Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is known as a world-class theme park fit for the whole family, Howl-O-Scream is intended for a mature audience. This event contains intense adult content such as violence, gore, and blood. A separate ticket to Howl-O-Scream 2021 is required, and though a Halloween-based event, no costumes are allowed.
