"SportsCenter" Anchor Stan Verrett Signs Multi-Year Deal With ESPN

ESPN has announced that SportsCenter anchor Stan Verrett has signed a new multi-year deal with the network.

What’s Happening:

Stan Verrett has signed a new multi-year deal with ESPN since joining in 2000, keeping the anchor at the network with scheduled appearances from Los Angeles on the 11:00 pm and 1:00 am ET SportsCenter editions.
Verrett started anchoring the new edition of SportsCenter from Los Angeles twelve years ago after relocating from ESPN’s main campus in Bristol, Connecticut.
Although living in the Los Angeles area, Verrett remains a loyal fan of his hometown New Orleans Saints, returning to New Orleans to attend games frequently.
