Fully Vaccinated Universal Orlando Team Members Can Remove Face Coverings Indoors Starting June 26

Universal Orlando Resort has announced that starting tomorrow, Saturday, June 26, fully vaccinated Team Members will no longer be required to wear masks while indoors.

What’s Happening:

  • Universal Orlando Resort has made an adjustment to its safety reminders, allowing fully vaccinated Team Members to no longer be required to wear face coverings while indoors starting June 26.
  • A few weeks ago, Universal Orlando started allowing fully vaccinated Team Members to remove face coverings while outdoors, but they had to keep a mask on while indoors at merchandise shops, attractions, etc.
  • With the new change happening tomorrow, June 26, Team Members who are fully vaccinated can go mask-free both indoors and out.
  • Team Members who are not fully vaccinated (two weeks after the final shot), will be required to continue wearing their face coverings while outdoors and indoors.
