Disneyland Paris has sent out an update following the announcement by French President Macron, requiring everyone to show proof of vaccination or take a COVID-19 test in order to enter crowded locations starting July 21, 2021.
What’s Happening:
- French President Emmanuel Macron announced that due to the increase in cases with the COVID-19 Delta variant, a special COVID-19 pass will be required for anyone wanting to go to crowded locations such as a restaurant, shopping mall, hospital, or get on a train or plane.
- In order to get the pass, people must show proof that they are fully vaccinated, recently recovered from the virus, or have a recent negative test for the virus.
- With the announcement, Disneyland Paris issued a statement that they will comply with the new requirements as they continue to stay open and make adjustments to the operation.
- Disneyland Paris had recently reopened back in June and you can check out Edith’s thoughts on the reopening here.
- The resort is also ready to celebrate the holidays with Disney’s Halloween Festival from October 1 to November 7, 2021, and Disney’s Enchanted Christmas from November 13 to January 9, 2022.
