Yesterday marked the 48th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards in the children’s and animation categories and Disney earned wins in several categories. Mark Hamill and the hit animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars were among the winners.

- This year’s awards represented the first year that all children’s programming, regardless of timeslot, shifted to the Daytime Emmys.
- The winners were announced via the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences’ (NATAS) Emmy OTT platform, featuring more than 30 categories.
