Aloha from Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort where the main entrance to the Great Ceremonial House has reopened after refurbishment work continues at the resort.
It’s great to see the monorail back as well with the station now open for Guests to use. You can check out our photo report from the other day to see how it looks.
With the barriers now removed, you can see the clean and refreshed look now awaiting Guests coming to the resort.
The water features by the entrance had some work done and are looking fantastic.
When the resort reopened on July 19, Guests were able to stay in newly reimagined rooms inspired by the Walt Disney Animation Studios film, Moana.
The new rooms have a different look to them than what was previously there, with a color palette inspired by the animated film and a brighter feel. If you look around at the various details, you can spot different references to the characters from the film. Check out the standard and 1 bedroom MK view suite.
