TRON Lightcycle / Run
Last week, Walt Disney World shared exciting news about a TRON Lightcycle / Run construction milestone. The final piece of track has been connected, meaning we’re one step closer to experiencing life on the Grid for ourselves!
Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure
Just like the attraction at Walt Disney Studios park in Paris, this new adventure coming to Epcot will give fans a rat’s eye view of Gusteau’s restaurant. Today, Walt Disney World revealed the first image of the ride vehicles and new attraction posters. Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure will open in summer of 2020.
Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway
Ready for a wacky adventure with Mickey and Minnie Mouse? This first-ever ride-through attraction to feature the icons opens at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on March 4, 2020. Guests will start their journey by visiting a theater to view a new Mickey Mouse short, before they get pulled right into the short!
Magic Happens
Announced at the D23 Expo, the all-new, extraordinary “Magic Happens” parade will debut in spring 2020. The parade travels down Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland park and features beloved characters from Moana, Sleeping Beauty, and Coco.
Avengers Campus
Avengers assemble! The Earth’s mightiest heroes are taking up residence at the new Avengers Campus coming to Disney California Adventure. Here guests will visit the Avengers Headquarters (opening in phase two) which is home to a brand-new E-Ticket attraction. Board a Quinjet and fly alongside the Avengers in an epic adventure to Wakanda and beyond!
Beauty and the Beast
Tokyo Disneyland is transforming their Fantasyland with a new Beauty and the Beast area and attraction. Guests will be swept up into the magic of the “tale as old as time” when Enchanted Tale of Beauty and the Beast opens on April 15, 2020 (Tokyo Disneyland’s 37th anniversary).
Fantasy Springs
This spring we got a first look at beautiful concept art for the Fantasy Springs Port of Call coming to Tokyo DisneySea. In May, The Oriental Land Company broke ground on the new area that features elements and characters from Peter Pan, Tangled, and Frozen.
Frozen Land
During the D23 Expo this summer it was announced that Hong Kong Disneyland’s Frozen Land would be receiving a sledding attraction. Inspired by Frozen, Wandering Oaken’s Sliding Sleighs will have guests slipping across slopes on a thrilling rolling adventure.
Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel
After a year and a half of refurbishment and re-design, this Disneyland Paris resort will unveil a heroic new hotel inspired by the best characters in Marvel comics. The resort is taking reservations now for stays starting on June 15, 2020.
Zootopia
The Zootopia-themed land coming to Shanghai Disney Resort will feature new entertainment, merchandise and dining options that can only be found in the land along with a new major attraction that blends storytelling and state-of-the-art technology.
