We’re all familiar with the marvelous Tchaikovsky score that is the Nutcracker. In the beloved ballet, nothing is quite as magical as the Christmas tree growing and the small nutcracker doll becoming a full size solider. And if you’re like us, seeing previews for The Nutcracker and the Four Realms is tugging on your heart strings (even if reception to the full film has been mixed). When I was about 7 years old, I had the great fortune of seeing the ballet. Immediately after, I wanted to dance around my house with our one nutcracker. My parents weren’t too fond of that idea. Another year, my brother and I wanted to test the figure’s cracking abilities with real nuts. This one didn’t get the approval either.
Now that the film is out in theaters, we’ve compiled a collection of Disney-themed Nutcrackers that you can buy now and a few that can only be found on auction sites like eBay. These delightful figures make great gifts, housewarming presents, and are even the perfect way to treat yourself.
