The historic El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles is reopening its doors to guests after being closed for more than a year. The film to kick off their return? Disney’s Raya and the Last Dragon.
What’s Happening:
- Disney’s El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood has announced it will reopen to guests starting March 19, 2021 with screenings of Raya and the Last Dragon.
- The theatre shared the news on Twitter with an excited, “WE ARE OPENING!” tweet.
- Tickets are now on sale at ElCapitanTickets.com and on Fandango.com. All seats for this engagement are reserved.
- This will be the first time that El Capitan has hosted guests in just over a year. While the theatre was closed to the public, they found creative ways to entertain guests with online trivia nights, and Concessions to Go.
