Christmas Town at Busch Gardens Tampa kicked off yesterday, ushering in a sleighful of holiday entertainment, merchandise and Christmas cheer.
Busch Gardens Tampa’s award-winning holiday event Christmas Town is back, and Laughing Place had a chance to check out the celebrations. Entering into the park, guests are welcomed with an incredible Christmas tree decked out in Busch Gardens ornaments. There was also a really cool giraffe light display, honoring the park's animal roots.
Once entering the park into the Morocco area, the holiday spirit can be found everywhere even in the park's gift shops. Including home goods, accessories, and apparel, Busch Gardens has you covered with shopping this holiday season.
Holiday Busch Gardens Spirit Jerseys are also available.
Another classic souvenir that is offered at the event is a wax pressed figure featuring a Christmas Tree design.
Over at the Moroccan Palace Theatre, Christmas on Ice, the longest standing Christmas Town tradition, returns for another year. The acrobatic entertainment offering combines Christmas classics and ice skating for an unforgettable holiday experience.
You can also check out Storytime with Mrs. Clause at Coke Canopy to enjoy a cheerful holiday tale and song.
Featuring over 70 miles of dazzling lights throughout the park, Christmas Town really comes alive at night! Even Iron Gwazi gets in on the holiday spirit. Make sure you check out the Festival Walkway, where you can find holiday displays, festive foods, and walkaround characters.
