The Pacific Wharf district has two exhibit attractions. The first, Boudin Bakery, shows small groups how bread is made via live demonstrations and videos. The tour is hosted by two celebrities that appear on screens throughout the tour. The Mission Tortilla Factory tour begins with murals and dioramas showing the importance of corn and tortillas in the Hispanics diet throughout history. The next area shows a live Mission Food tortilla production factory. The last area is a live demonstration by a Mission Foods chef.

The Pacific Wharf will also be the place to celebrate Californian festivals year-round including the California Flower Festival, Cinco de Mayo, the Chinese New Year and others. Connected to the Boudin Bakery is the Pacific Wharf Cafe featuring soups and salads served in sourdough bread bowls. Other dining locations here include Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill for Californian-Mexican cuisine, Lucky Fortune Cookery for fortune cookies and other Asian food and Rita's Margaritas.
The last district in the Golden State is the Golden Vine Winery. Here guests can learn about the wine making process at Seasons of the Vine, a film that shows the process through the seasons of the year. Elsewhere in the district guests can sample Mondavi's California wines in The Grand Plaza or relax at The Riparian Area which also has two wine-making displays. Inside the Main Winery Building are the Wine Country Market with a deli and gift shop, and the upscale Vineyard Room restaurant. On the patio of the Vineyard Room is the Golden Vine Terrace where guests can enjoy appetizers and reserve wines.
Disney's California Adventure - The Rest
Like most Disney theme parks, there is a parade route at DCA that runs from the
Hollywood Pictures Backlot district towards Paradise Pier. Disney has announced a
completely new parade called "Eureka!" that will celebrate California including
the extreme sports side of the state. In Hollywood the Hyperion Theater host live shows.
Guests can also expect to see lots of atmosphere entertainment at DCA some of which has
been described already.
Disney has not announced park hours nor pricing for DCA. At Walt Disney World the four major parks all charge the same price, and that is expected to be the case here as well. Hopping between Disneyland and DCA on the same day will generally not be allowed - at least not immediately. However, guests booking a Resort Magic or Grand Plan vacation package at one of Disney's three hotels will be able to park hop. Disney has made no announcement regarding annual passports for the new park. At this point - until something more is heard - current annual passport holders will not have access to DCA.
As mentioned, the official opening date for DCA is February 8th. There are several ways to get a preview of the new park between January 16th and February 8th including Disney Club previews, Annual Passholder previews and resort guest previews (click here for more information on previews)
