PIRATE’S LAIR ON TOM SAWYER ISLAND
Moving to a relatively new experience, Grier spoke of the recently opened Pirate’s Lair on Tom Sawyer Island. As he began explaining the many high tech/high touch offerings, pirate music filled the room, and a familiar figure strode onto the stage. It was Captain Jack Sparrow and an accomplice.

Captain Jack Sparrow was there…

…accompanied by a Pirate Band.

Of course, wherever Jack Sparrow goes, trouble follows. In no time at all a map was in evidence, and swordplay ensued.

As always, it was Captain Jack who retained the map, although he did relinquish it to the safekeeping of “Commodore Grier.�?

DISNEY CRUISE LINE
Grier then turned to the Disney Cruise Line, reminding the crowd that the line would be setting sail from the Port of Los Angeles in the summer of 2008. Trips aboard the Disney Magic will carry guests to various ports in Mexico.
